Watermains and leak detection
Noticed a leak, burst water pipe, dampness or perhaps a higher water bill than normal? Many leaks can be easily identified. For others, we use our specialist underground leak detection equipment. Once the leak is located, we can dig up and repair. At other times, it’s more effective to replace the watermain. In most cases this can be done using directional drilling equipment, eliminating the need to dig.
Renovations
Replacing a shower? Renovating your bathroom, kitchen or laundry? We’ll provide the best advice and solution for you. For full-service jobs, we can recommend recognised and trusted local tradespeople, who we regularly work with, to take care of the project for you.
Toilets
Is your toilet leaky, noisy, blocked, constantly running or not flushing? Our vans are fully stocked with parts to repair most toilets on the spot. If it’s time to replace your toilet, we can offer advice on suitable options.
Tapware
Do you have a dripping tap, or a tap that’s hard to turn off? We have all the commonly required replacement parts and stock a range of sink and basin tapware in our vans to get your job sorted quickly.
Spouting
We can repair or replace leaking spouting and downpipes. We have our own mobile scaffolding and can organise a cherry picker or scissor lift, if it’s required, to get the job done quickly and safely.

Gas hot water heaters
Looking to switch to gas water heating? Gas continuous flow water heaters heat water on demand, making them extremely energy efficient. The units are compact, efficient and can be easily installed indoors or outdoors. We’d be happy to give you advice on the best option for your home or business. We also do repairs and maintenance.
Gas hot water cylinders
Our go-to gas storage cylinders are the Rheem Stellar for outdoor installations - New Zealand’s most efficient domestic gas storage water heater, and the Rheem 441170NO for indoor installations. These units require no electrical power and perform well under all pressure conditions.
Installations
Our registered and certified gasfitters can install most gas appliances. If you suspect a gas leak, let us know and we’ll treat it as a priority. We use leak detection equipment to trace, repair and test to ensure your installation is safe.
Got an emergency?
If you have no hot water, a burst pipe or suspect a gas leak, we’ll make it our priority. We also take calls for after-hours emergencies, which will be directed to the plumber on call.
